2023-2030 Development Timeline:
2023
Purchase Skyline Property: Secure 4 acres of land and sanctuary in Tacoma.
Renovate Bathrooms: Upgrade facilities at Skyline Tacoma to ensure a welcoming environment.
2024
Purchase Land in Olympia: Acquire 10 acres for our second congregation.
Media System Update: Enhance our media and communication systems for better outreach and engagement.
Youth Programs Launch: Begin youth programs, hiring a Youth Coordinator focused on engaging young people and combating drug abuse.
Church Community Hall Planning: Start the design and drawing process for our community hall.
2025 – 2027
Construct Tacoma Church Community Hall: Build a community hall in Tacoma to serve as a hub for fellowship and ministry.
Launch Umoja Presbyterian Church Olympia: Establish our second congregation in Olympia.
Leadership Training: Begin developing and equipping leaders for our growing congregations.
Ministries Retreat: Organize retreats for church leaders and ministries to foster unity and spiritual growth.
2028
Purchase Land for Third Congregation: Secure land in Puyallup for the establishment of our third congregation.
2029 – 2030
Purchase Property for Umoja Presbyterian Church in Federal Way: Acquire property for our third congregation in Federal Way to expand our mission and outreach.
